Fine Mesh |
Universal Wire Products can offer wide range of Wire Cloth dependents on the configuration of wire thickness in relation to aperature size, as well as type of weaves, and can vary in texture from being as fine, soft and flexible as silk to being as rigid as steel plate. Fine Wire Mesh is available in rolls or in cut circles and also as fabricated filters. It can be made available in difficult metals like S.S./Phos./Bronze/Brass.

Crimped Wire Mesh |
Pre-Crimped wire mesh is made of wire Dia (6G to 18G). It can be used for windows, Verandas, Partitions, Counter Shelves. It has several industrial uses like heavy screaning & Sieving of coal mines etc.
In the pre-crimping process, wire is first formed (crimped) in precision machines using rotary dies that precisely define the spacing of the wires and insure that the wires will lock firmly together at the intersections. The pre-crimped wires are then assembled in custom designed screen assembly machines (looms).

Expanded Metal |
Expanded Metal is made from sheets of solid metals that all are slit and stretched with each stroke of the upper die, forming a raised diamond pattern.
This pattern is called regular or standard. This pattern varies by the gauge and type of material and the size of the diamond. The sheets can also be flattened by rollers for an optional style by pasing them through a cold, roll reducing mill.
